1. Where is Fox Lighting Located?
Fox Lighting is conveniently located on the Fox Studios Australia lot in Sydney & Village Roadshow Studios in Gold Coast.

2. Who do I call or e-mail to hire lighting equipment?
There is a range of ways to contact Fox Lighting. Our Client Contact Helen Baruch and our Head of Lighting Jim Keating are best placed to assist with your booking enquiry. 4. Pick up or deliver?
Fox Lighting does both! You can collect your order from Building 48 at Fox Studios Australia in Sydney or Building 27 at the Village Roadshow Studios at the Gold Coast. Or we can deliver the equipment to you within the studio or any location region wide. Simply call or email us to arrange a pick up or delivery.

5. How do I establish an account with Fox Lighting?
Simply email us to obtain the account application form. Once completed email to info@foxaus.com or fax it to (02) 9383 4007. If you are an existing Fox Studios Australia or prior Panalux customer simply tell us via email of fax if any of your details have changed since the last trade.

6. How do I pay for the hire?
Fox Lighting accepts a wide range of payment methods. You can pay by a Cash; Cheque; Credit Card or transfer funds to our Bank account via EFT (EFT Details: BSB 082-322 Account No. 539-339-665 - ensure you include a comprehensive reference with your payment).

7. Can I have my lighting equipment serviced by Fox Lighting?
Yes! Fox Lighting can help you care for your lighting equipment with regular servicing and maintenance. We can also repair your equipment at our workshop located in building 48 on the Fox Studios Australia lot. Further we can custom build lighting equipment to suit your filming needs. Call or email us for a quote.

8. Can I hire the lights even though I’m on location away from the studio?
Yes you can! We can supply lighting equipment anywhere in the region.

9. Does Fox Lighting carry Underwater lights and Lightning Strikes and SoftSuns.
Fox Lighting is a authorised representative for Luminys (Lightning Strikes and SoftSuns) & OMD Technology (Lights designed for both underwater and wet-weather applications). So, whatever you need to create the most luminous effect for your production, Fox Lighting has the lights to suit.

10. What's changed since Fox bought all the lighting assets.
Fox Lighting offers a great range of equipment and excellent service throughout Australia and abroad. We are conveniently located on two out of three major studio lots in the country.
