Stage 6 is housed in the same building complex as Stage 5, and provides productions with a small stage supported by a makeup room, greenroom, star rooms, cast areas, change rooms, toilets and showers.
The stage was originally built to cater for television production. Underneath the protective plywood floor is a flat vinyl floor suitable for camera pedestals. The stage is air-conditioned. The stage shares the rear storage, lockup and loading area with Stage 5.
